CARLOS ALBERTO TRINDADE FILHO
Entrepreneur. Carlos Alberto was former Vice-President at Sulamérica Seguros, Previdência e Investimentos, position in which he was responsible for Life Insurance & Pension Plans, Automobile Insurance, Property & Casualty, Sales and Marketing and Strategy and Products. He was one of the founders of Icatu Seguros in 1992, where he began as Vice President then became President and CEO. Carlos left SulAmérica in 2010 to coordinate the integration of 27 insurance brokers at Brasil Insurance (company) and was involved in the company’s IPO process, before returning to SulAmérica in June 2011. Carlos Alberto was a member of the board of directors of Icatu Seguros e Brasil Veículos Insurance Company (BB Group). He participated in the Senior Executive Management programs at London Business School, as well as the Preparation of Directors by FDC-Fundação Don Cabral, MBA by FEA-USP, Fundamentals of Pension Plans by Wharton University and Life Insurance Planning by the American College of Philadelphia.
FERNANDO GONÇALVES
Founding Partner of Cinco, a human development consulting focused on high performance. Fernando also serves as coordinator of the Department of Psychology and Mental Training of C.R. Flamengo, where he is a consultant of Excellence in Performance. He was Director of Traffic Sports, co-founder of Football Sports Ventures (FSV) and president of Vasco da Gama Licenciamentos. Previously he had several experiences in the financial market, where he worked for 16 years. During this period, he was the Director of Triplik and City Brokers, Director of FonteCindam Investment Bank, and founder of Previsa and Mercatto Asset Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology, and holds a post-graduate degree in Finance. He has a master’s in Positive Psychology, Wellness Coaching and Psychology of Emotions.
RICARDO FERNANDEZ
Managing Director and Head Brazil of Hamilton Lane. Ricardo was vice president and responsible in Brazil for Capital Dynamics. Previously he was from Santander Private Equity team and before that took positions in Odechecht in Brazil, Peru and Portugual. Ricardo started his career at Strata, a mergers and acquisitions consulting company headquartered in Rio de Janeiro. Ricardo completed the Private Equity Executive Program at Harvard Business School, holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a bachelor’s degree in management from the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC-RJ).

Founding Partner of Órama DTVM. Selmo also was founder of Ágora Corretora, where he served as Director between 1993 and 2008, when Ágora Corretora was sold to Bradesco Bank. He was a Director of Bovespa, BM&F and BVRJ. He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).
