Partner and Investment Analyst, has been in Normandia since March 2015. Alexandre worked at the law firm Wygand Advogados, where he focused on Corporate Law and Merge and Acquisitions. Previously he worked in the legal department of Brasil Insurance (Bovespa: BRIN3).
CARLOS ALBERTO TRINDADE NETO, CFA
Partner and Investment Analyst of Normandia since July 2015. Previously, he was a Partner of Modal Bank, where he worked in the Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Private Equity teams. As a Partner of Modal Bank, he was Manager of FIP COLISEU, a Private Equity fund that in 2009 raised BRL 1.3 billion to acquire TAESA’s control (Bovespa: TAEE11). During this period he was a member of TAESA’s Board, as well as the Company’s Finance and Audit Committees. He is also a member of the Structured Funds and FIPs Committee of ANBIMA and is a member of the CFA Society of Brazil. He holds a bachalor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), with extension courses in Finance from the University of California, and Value Investing from the Columbia University.
CARLOS HENRIQUE VIEIRA BRANDÃO DOS SANTOS
Partner and Investment Analyst of Normandia since September 2014. He was Founding Partner of Opus Investimentos, as well as Partner and responsible for Corporate Finance at Pactual Bank for 12 years. He also was a member of the Board of Ideasnet (Bovespa: IDNT3). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and an MBA from the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC).
DANIEL WANDERSMAN
Partner and Investment Analyst, has been in Normandia since July 2016. Holds a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in economics from PUC-Rio, with an exchange program at University of California, Berkeley. He is a CFA Level III Candidate.
ADRIANO OLIVEIRA
Compliance and Risk Director. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio and a master’s degree in Economics from FGV-RJ. Has 10+ years experience in business administration and investment funds. Started his career at BNY Mellon, and migrated to independent investment firms like Behavior Capital and Genus Capital working in BackOffice, MiddleOffice, Compliance, and structuring operations, processes and routines, and team management. Currently acts as COO and Statutary Director of Compliance and Risk at Normandia Investmentos, responding for the regulatory requirements determined by the regulatory authorities CVM and ANBIMA.
MATHEUS SOUZA
Trader, Matheus has been in Normandia since February 2020. He worked at the Leste Group as Head of the Operations and Middleoffice team, becoming responsible for the Onshore and Offshore funds. He worked with the London trading desk, part of the fundamental strategy on the main fund. Previously he worked on the Backoffice, Risk and Management at MRJ Marejo Investimentos and at the Family Office A3 Performance Gestão de Recursos. Started his career at Banco Modal, as an intern on the Backoffice team. Matheus holds a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in economics from the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC).
PEDRO HENRIQUE NOVIS
Investment Analyst, he has been in Normandia since August 2019. He is a student of the last year in Mechanical Engineering at PUC-Rio.
VINICIUS SALDANHA
Partner and Investment Analyst of Normandia since April 2016. Vinicius is a former member of Modal Private Equity, where he worked on the management team of FIP COLISEU, a fund that in 2009 raised BRL 1.3 billion to acquire control of TAESA (Bovespa: TAEE11), and FIPs Malbec and Melbourne, which in 2014 raised BRL 1.0 billion to acquire a stake in the control of Santo Antônio Energia, a hydroelectric power plant with 3.6 GW of installed capacity. During this period he also was a member of TAESA’s Finance, Audit and Management Committees. Previously he worked in the Ágora Brokerage and Brookfield Renewable Energy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and is a CFA Level II Candidate.
